Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Nutriment, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.


You may return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team through chat with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


If you received a damaged or defective product, or if you would like to exchange it for a different item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Products that have been opened or used
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards


Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or discounts applied. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
