Shipping
UNITED STATES: Free standard shipping on U.S. order over $50, expedited shipping options will be shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping prices will be reflected at checkout depending on the shipping destination and weight of your order. At this time we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
We take pride in our shipping speed. The vast majority of our orders are shipped out within 1-5 days, depending on what was selected at checkout. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
During peak seasons, restocks, and new drops, the delivery of your package(s) may take a little longer due to extensive order backlogs. We promise we will do our best to make sure your packages get to you within 2-3 days of your promised delivery date, compensating for any delays.
After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen at checkout. If you need your package rather urgently, we recommend selecting Express Shipping.
Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.
Note: Allow shipping carriers up to 24-48 hours to update the tracking number once they have received the package(s).
We have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
Ordering
We accept all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.
Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. In the case something is messed up and your order has not yet shipped out, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is unopened and in its original/sellable condition within 60 days of receiving the item.
Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. We reserve the right to adjust the refund amount if items are not received in their original condition.
